Scatec ASA, a renewable energy leader, has completed the construction of its 150 MW solar power plants in Sukkur, Pakistan, now generating 300 GWh annually. Operating under 25-year USD-indexed agreements with CPPA, these plants will supply renewable energy to around 150,000 households, contributing to local sustainability. Scatec maintains a 75% economic interest, providing O&M and Asset Management services, with Nizam Energy as a local partner. FMO, Faysal Bank, Bank of Punjab, Bank Islami, and Pak Kuwait Investment Company provide non-recourse project debt.
