Grenergy, a prominent player in the solar energy sector, has successfully sold 77 MW of wind assets to ENGIE Energía Perú and 97 MW of solar assets to Yinson Renewables in Peru. The transactions, valued at $150 million, are part of Grenergy’s asset rotation model, aligned with its plan to annually sell 350-450 MW of solar capacity. The deal with Yinson Renewables involves a turnkey contract for the Matarani solar project with an annual production capacity of 260 GWh.
