Atlas Renewable Energy and Votorantim Cimentos inked a 15-year PPA, committing to 100 MW solar energy. The Luiz Carlos Solar Project in Paracatu, Minas Gerais, will contribute 470 MW to Votorantim Cimentos, covering roughly a third of its national energy needs. This move supports Votorantim Cimentos’ facilities in South, Southeast, and Midwest Brazil, impacting about 424,000 homes.
