Longroad Energy, a US based renewable energy developer, has secured a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with Meta for the full output of 1000 Mile, a 300 MW AC solar project in Yoakum County, Texas. Set to begin operations in 2026, this project is Longroad’s largest solar project and its first in Texas based Southwest Power Pool grid region. The energy generated will support Meta’s data centers and sustainability objectives. This agreement builds on a collaboration between Longroad and Meta, totaling over 1.3 GW of renewable energy projects.
