Actualize Solar has executed five new long-term power purchase agreements (PPAs) with a major US utility in 2024, following three similar agreements signed the previous year. The company’s 1.5 GW project portfolio includes over 24 solar projects across six Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern US states, with a total of $480 million in contracted revenues. Plans are in place to expand the portfolio to 2.5 GW by the end of 2026. The expansion is supported by expected growth in AI technology and data centers, which are projected to drive demand for solar energy.
