re:cap acquires 51.7 MW PV projects from Milivio in Germany

Switzerland-based Milvio Energy is a renewable energy developer and operator has entered a forward Ready-to-Build (RTB) sale agreement with re:cap green energy Deutschland GmbH for a portfolio of 11 solar PV projects in Germany, totaling 51.7 MW. The portfolio includes 8 projects are primarily located in North Rhine-Westphalia, with others in Saxony-Anhalt and Lower Saxony. Currently, three projects have secured building permits, while the remaining projects are expected to achieve RTB status between Q1 and Q4 of 2025. This transaction allows Milvio to apply its development expertise and enables re:cap to expand its renewable energy portfolio. Frankfurt-based Capcora acted as the M&A advisor for Milvio, with legal support provided by RST Rechtsanwälte, while re:cap was advised by Stock+Partner.
