GCL System Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (GCL SI) has announced the mass production of its latest TOPCon PV modules. These modules achieved a front-side power output of 605 W and a conversion efficiency of 22.5%, validated by TÜV Rheinland. These TOPCon modules utilize advanced technologies, including multi-busbar designs and high-density interconnection, to enhance power output and reduce energy loss. GCL SI’s new products are designed for large-scale solar installations, offering capacities of up to 570 W for residential and commercial use and 610 W for utility-scale projects. These modules are compatible with various solar applications, including rooftop and ground-mounted systems. The production capacity for the TOPCon series is expected to reach 20 GW by the end of 2024, says GCL SI.
