At the Renewable Energy India (REI) 2024 event, Chinese solar manufacturer Huasun introduced its Everest and Himalaya series HJT solar modules, specifically adapted for India’s hot climate. The company’s Himalaya G12 modules received the BIS certification, reinforcing their market readiness and commitment to high efficiency in India. A major technical enhancement announced was the refined temperature coefficient of -0.24%/°C, which curtails power loss in extreme temperatures, improving energy stability over conventional photovoltaic technologies. Huasun also incorporated zero busbar (0BB) technology into these modules, a move that increases energy generation, reliability, and decreases silver usage—cutting costs without compromising performance. As India’s renewable energy demands grow, Huasun’s modules aim to meet these needs by providing high photoelectric conversion efficiency.
