Hausun showcased new G12, G12R HJT modules at Riyadh expo

A Global HJT module manufacturer, Huasun Energy presented its high-efficiency G12 and G12R heterojunction (HJT) solar modules at SOLAR & STORAGE LIVE KSA 2024 in Riyadh, held from October 15-16. During the event, Huasun introduced its Himalaya G12-132 module, which achieved a power output of 768.938 W and a conversion efficiency of 24.75%. The company also unveiled the Everest G12R series, the first to incorporate rectangular HJT solar cell technology, featuring a power output of 669.1W and a conversion efficiency of 24.77%. Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 includes plans to utilize the country’s abundant solar resources, which average 2,200 kWh per square meter, to reach 60 GW of renewable energy capacity by 2030, with 40 GW from photovoltaic sources.
