Yardi’s Energy Relief supports state initiatives

Yardi has introduced Energy Relief, an initiative designed for state and local agencies implementing programs under the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) of 2021. Leveraging proven technology from successful initiatives like Rent Relief, Mortgage Relief, and Utility Relief, which distributed over $3 billion to qualified households, Energy Relief targets programs such as Solar for All, Home Energy Rebates, and Home Electrification and Appliance Rebates. These initiatives are funded by federal grants to states, municipalities, counties, and nonprofits. Through an online interface, homeowners and contractors can apply for assistance and purchase energy-efficient equipment. Yardi offers additional services such as program design, call center support, application review, and payment processing. Grant recipients await upcoming award announcements.
