Renewable energy developer X-ELIO has secured EUR 89 million in financing from SocieteGenerale for the development and construction of three projects totaling 123 MW in Spain. These include one PV plant in Almeria, nearing completion, and two others in Murcia and Granada, both under construction since late 2023. The funds, secured in February 2024, will help X-ELIOto expand its clean energy capacity, reduce carbon emissions, and generate employment.
