Waaree Energies Limited, an Indian PV modules manufacturer, will be supplying 445 MW of its 540/545 W dual glass bifacial modules to Statkraft India for single-location solar projects in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The delivery, slated between May and August 2024, aims to enhance the region’s renewable energy capacity. As of June 30, 2023, Waaree is India’s largest solar PV modules manufacturer with an installed capacity of 12 GW according to the CRISIL Report. Statkraft, present in India since 2004, owns a production capacity of 215 MW and generates around 1310 GWh annually.
