Vikram Solar Limited has launched the SURYAVA bifacial solar module, featuring Heterojunction technology (HJT), which merges crystalline and amorphous silicon layers for higher energy generation. This 20 Busbar module achieve over 23% efficiency, and offers a bifaciality of 90%. This module is built with 210 mm wafers and features 132 number of cells. Headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, Vikram Solar is one of India’s largest PV module manufacturers, with a cumulative production capacity of 3.5 GW as of March 2024.
