Bidders must provide financial statements, anti-collusion declarations, insurance proof, and references. A non-refundable fee of ZAR 150,00 applies. The electronic tender will be available from October 7-11, 2024, with a submission deadline of November 11, 2024. Shortlisted candidates proceed to Phase 2 on November 22, 2024.
