Trinasolar has achieved recognition as the “2024 Overall Highest Achiever” in RETC’s annual PV Module Index (PVMI), attributing it to the reliability, energy yield, and performance excellence of its Vertex N 625W modules. According to company claims, this evaluation benchmarks manufacturers based on quality, performance, and reliability, with the highest accolade reserved for those excelling across all criteria. Trinasolar secured this title by excelling in tests such as UVID, PID, thermal cycle, efficiency, LID, PTC-to-STC, and BOM verification. Notably, RETC highlighted UVID, critical for newer technologies like TOPCon cells, integrating it into this year’s evaluation. Trinasolar’s Vertex N 625W module demonstrated minimal degradation (1.53% front, 0.94% back) during UVID testing, meeting RETC’s stringent high achiever standards in this category.
