Trina Solar reports 27% revenue growth

Trina Solar, a global leader in smart PV and energy storage solutions, has released its 2023 annual report, revealing revenues of $16.09 billion, a 27% increase from 2022. Module shipments for the year reached 65.21 GW, a 51% surge compared to 2022. Trina Solar’s production capacities by the end of 2023 were 55 GW for silicon wafers, 75 GW for cells, and 95 GW for modules. To meet growing demand, the company is constructing a new integrated n-type production facility, aiming for production capacities of 60 GW for monocrystalline wafers, 105 GW for high-efficiency cells, and 120 GW for modules by the end of 2024. TrinaTracker reported delivering over 20 GW of solar mounting systems across 60 countries by the end of 2023. The company’s annual global tracker production capacity now exceeds 10 GW.
