Thornova Solar has launched its latest TOPCon module series tailored for utility-scale solar projects. The TS-BGT66-G12 and TS-BWT66-G12 modules offer power outputs of up to 720W, utilizing larger G12 silicon wafers for improved bifaciality, reaching 85%. Featuring n-type solar cells, they are said to reduce Light Induced Degradation (LID) and feature hydrogen passivation technology for enhanced longevity. With a weight ranging from 74.74 lbs to 84.88 lbs, these modules come with 15-year product warranties and 30-year performance guarantees. Operating within -40℃ to 85℃, the company says its modules exhibit versatility, complemented by glass thicknesses ranging from 2.0 mm to 3.2 mm.
