India based SJVN Limited has issued a Request for Selection(RfS) to develop 2,378 kW of grid-connected rooftop solar power projects across government buildings in Arunachal Pradesh. The projects will be executed under the RESCO/PPA mode as part of the central government’s PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana. The bidding follows a single-stage, two-envelope system. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for July 1, 2025, with bid submissions due by July 9, 2025. Hard copy submissions must be reached by July 19, 2025. Bidders must pay a ₹5,900 tender fee and an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,100 per kW, valid for 12 months. No exemptions apply for MSMEs or startups. The RfS covers design, supply, installation, commissioning, and O&M. All updates will be posted on the ISN-ETS portal and SJVN website. SJVN serves as the Scheme Implementation Partner for MNRE under this initiative to promote rooftop solar installations across India.
