The Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) has invited bidding for 1750 kW grid-connected rooftop PV projects under the RESCO model. The tender comprises five installations: an 800 kW at NIT Meghalaya, a 150 kW at NITTTR Chandigarh, a 450 kW at IIT Bhilai, a 250 kW at NEHHDC Guwahati, and a 100 kW at ICSSR New Delhi. Developers will handle the design, supply, installation, and 25-year O&M of the systems. Key financial requirements include a ₹6,000 (~$70) bid processing fee (including GST) and an EMD of ₹792,000 (~$9200). Important deadlines include document sale ending February 28, 2025, and bid submission by March 4, 2025. Eligible bidders must use MNRE-approved PV modules, submit audited financials for FY 2023-24, and comply with SECI’s consortium equity rules.
