NTPC Vidyut invites bids for 3.45 MW rooftop solar in Andaman

New Delhi-headquartered NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam Limited (NVVN), a subsidiary NTPC Limited has issued an open tender for the installation of 3.45 MW grid-connected rooftop solar power projects. The projects will span buildings located across three districts of Andaman and Nicobar. The tender involved three covers—Fee, Technical, and Finance—and required offline payment of INR 22,500 (~$262.71) as tender fee and INR 95,79,000 (~$111825.59) as EMD with no exemption. Bidders were to submit documents including bid security, power of attorney, technical qualifications, and price schedule. The work period was 365 days with a bid validity of 180 days. Pre-bid meeting was scheduled in Noida on 6 June 2025, and bids were due by 19 June 2025.
