India-headquartered NHPC Ltd., representing Bundelkhand Saur Urja Limited, invited online bids to build common facilities at a 1200 MW Solar Power Park in Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh. The work included security buildings, offices, a canteen, a guest house, and other shared spaces. The project was estimated to cost INR 17.46 crore ($2.01 million) and had to be completed in 350 days. The bidding process included technical and financial proposals, followed by an e-Reverse Auction. The bid document was priced at INR 5,000 ($57.62), and bidders had to submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 34.92 lakh (~$40,242.16). The last date for bid submission is March 8, 2025, with technical bids scheduled to open on March 11, 2025. Only suppliers meeting government procurement rules could participate, and they also had to meet financial and technical criteria.
