Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL), headquartered in Shimla, has issued an open tender for PV projects under Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) to provide solar power to government buildings or other entities. The project scope includes designing, manufacturing, erecting, installing, commissioning, and maintaining PV systems across Palampur, Sarabai, Nahan, and UHL HEP in Himachal Pradesh. The tender allows online bid submission until February 24, 2025, with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for February 10, 2025. The project requires a non-refundable tender fee of INR 2,950 (~ $34) and an earnest money deposit (EMD) of INR 28,62,600 (~ $33 thousands). The bidding process includes technical and financial evaluations, with bid validity set for 365 days. The tender does not allow multi-currency bidding or preferential bidders and follows a two-cover system for evaluation.
