Himachal Pradesh State Electricity Board Limited (HPSEBL), headquartered in Shimla, has issued an open tender for PV projects under Renewable Energy Service Company (RESCO) to provide solar power to government buildings or other entities. The project scope includes designing, manufacturing, erecting, installing, commissioning, and maintaining PV systems across Palampur, Sarabai, Nahan, and UHL HEP in Himachal Pradesh.
