India-based Haryana Power Purchase Centre (HPPC) has recently issued a 500 MW PV based power procurement tender through a competitive bidding process. Multiple projects have to be installed across Haryana, ranging a 10 MW max per developer and a minimum bid size of 1 MW. Selected bidders have to sign a 25-year PPA with HPPC. The bid submission last date ends by March 12, 2025, and the technical bid opening fixed on March 13, 2025. The Performance Guarantee (PG) of ₹20 lakh per MW is required before signing the PPA. The Request for Selection (RfS) document costs ₹25,000 and 18% GST, and the bid processing fee is ₹10,000 per MW with 18% GST. The bid validity period is 180 days, with financial bid opening and reverse auction dates to be announced later.
