EPBiH opens global tender for 3 solar PV plants in Bosnia

Elektroprivreda BiH launched an EBRD-backed international tender for three solar PV plants in Bosnia, with bids open until May 26, 2025 via the ECEPP portal.

Elektroprivreda Bosne i Hercegovine (EPBiH), a public utility in Bosnia, has issued an international tender for three PV plants in Bosnia. The project is co-financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development under Project ID 54685, as per EPBiH. The procurement is divided into three lots: SPP Podveležje 3, SPP Gornja Breza, and SPP Višća, with bidders allowed to apply for one, two, or all three. As per EPBiH, contracts will be awarded separately and the process follows the EBRD’s Two-Stage Open Tender procedure. The tender is managed through the EBRD Client E-Procurement Portal, listed under ECEPP ID 36640829. EPBiH said the Invitation for Tenders was issued on April 10, 2025, with a deadline of May 26, 2025.
