Stäubli Electrical Connectors, a Switzerland-based PV DC specialist, has aligned with US developer Create Energy  to develop an advanced tracker-focused connector. The platform, planned for a 2026 release, aims to resolve persistent field issues arising from connector misuse. Stäubli noted that the collaboration merges its design knowledge with Create Energy’s established manufacturing strengths. Both firms indicated that the connector was engineered to tolerate tracker-specific mechanical stresses effectively. They added that the design enhances long-term safety and performance across diverse global solar installations.
