Runergy, a China-based PV cell manufacturer, has achieved a certified 26.55% efficiency for its M10 full-area n-type TOPCon device verified by ISFH. The result was delivered on a pilot-scale mass-production-ready line using standard-thickness wafers and scalable processes. Runergy said the gain reflects its TOPCon 3.0 platform supported by proprietary RunPass passivation and real-time loss-analysis tools. Runergy stated that the achievement was enabled by also incorporating optimized front diffusion, hydrogen passivation and Jo_rearpoly < 1 fA/cm². TÜV Rheinland has earlier awarded Runergy Solar a module glare-resistance evaluation.
