TotalEnergies ENEOS, a Singapore-based solar solutions provider, is installing a 28 MW rooftop solar system at Samsung Electronics’ HCMC CE Complex in Vietnam. According to TotalEnergies ENEOS, the system will include over 45,000 modules and is being developed under a 20-year PPA. The company has committed to invest in, install, operate, and maintain the system for the full contract duration. Samsung Electronics said that the installation will meet approximately 26% of the facility’s onsite energy needs. As per TotalEnergies ENEOS, the system is expected to generate more than 40,000 MWh annually and cut over 26,000 tons of CO₂ emissions per year. The Investment Registration Certificate was issued to TotalEnergies ENEOS Renewables Projects Vietnam. This is the company’s largest rooftop solar project in Vietnam to date.
