Soluna Holdings, Inc., a US-based computing infrastructure firm powered by renewable energy, has signed a power supply term sheet for Project Annie, a 75 MW data center in northeast Texas. The facility is co-located with a 114 MW solar farm and is the company’s first solar-powered project. Soluna has confirmed that Project Annie is being developed in partnership with a major US renewable energy operator to convert surplus solar power into computing energy for Bitcoin mining and artificial intelligence. The project is currently under development, and Soluna is working to finalize power purchase agreements, land deals, and ERCOT planning. The company has stated that its total project pipeline has exceeded 773 MW across solar, wind, and grid-connected sites.
