SolRiver Capital, headquartered in Denver, has completed the 3 MW Auburn Community Solar Project, now supplying energy to 600 subscribers in the Portland metropolitan area and I-5 corridor. The project operates under Tier 2 of the Oregon Community Solar Program, prioritizing residential and low-income participants, including 55 low-income households receiving reduced energy rates. SolRiver Capital has secured procurement and EPC contracts early, enabling a streamlined execution process. Managing a large subscriber base has added complexity, but the company has navigated the process effectively. Alongside Auburn, SolRiver Capital has also completed the 4 MW Sheridan Community Solar Project, further expanding its community solar presence in Oregon.
