Servotech Renewable Power System Ltd., a New Delhi-based solar solutions manufacturer, has secured a 1.2 MW rooftop solar project from Northern Railway’s Moradabad Division. According to Servotech Renewable, the contract covers end-to-end execution of grid-connected rooftop PV systems across multiple sites in the division. Servotech stated that the contract includes design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the systems. The initiative is intended to reduce dependence on conventional power sources and support wider adoption of clean energy across railway facilities. Servotech Renewable has confirmed that project execution responsibilities remain fully with the company from start to completion. Northern Railway, headquartered in New Delhi and operating under Indian Railways, awarded the project as part of its efforts to integrate renewable energy into operations.
