India-headquartered Servotech Renewable Power System signed an MoU with the Chamber of Indian Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (CIMSME) to promote solar adoption under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. The initiative aimed to install 100,000 solar rooftop systems in homes by 2026. A mobile application, developed by CIMSME with Servotech, was launched to simplify the solar adoption process, covering roof inspection, documentation, installation, monitoring, and subsidy applications. CIMSME mobilized around 30,000 individuals nationwide to support sales, installation, and on-ground assistance.
