Iran’s Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA) has reported a 71% increase in solar power generation during the first four months of the Iranian year, beginning March 20. The Output has to reached 610 million kWh, compared with 357 million kWh in the same period previous year. Installed renewable capacity stood at 1.868 GW in July 2025, up from 1.232 GW a year earlier, with 636 MW added over the past year.
