Renewable Properties has begun construction on three solar projects in California, totaling 17 MW of solar capacity and 16 MWh of storage, across Sonoma, Mendocino, and Fresno counties. These projects will serve clean energy programs run by Sonoma Clean Power and Pacific Gas and Electric, with completion expected in 2025. Financing is supported by construction loans from Optus Bank, Pathward®, N.A., and BridgePeak Energy Capital. The Redemeyer project in Ukiah will power over 1,000 homes annually and includes a battery system to shift solar energy to evening use. The Althea projects in Fresno County will support PG&E’s DAC Green Tariff and Solar Choice programs, benefiting local residents, including low- to moderate-income households.
