Raslag Corp., a Philippine-based renewable energy developer, has appointed Greencity Energy Philippines Inc. as the Owner’s Engineer for its 100 MW AC Liwayway Solar Power and BESS Project in Barangay Liwayway, Sta. Rosa, Nueva Ecija. In its October 6 disclosure to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Raslag stated that the initial engagement period has been set for 18 months, subject to adjustment by both parties. Greencity Energy, a specialized renewable-energy consultancy headquartered in the Philippines and focused on photovoltaic technologies, has previously managed more than 1 GWp of cumulative PV capacity worldwide. Under the agreement, Greencity’s scope will include project development, design review, procurement support, construction supervision, testing and commissioning assistance, and transition to operations and maintenance. Raslag’s Bids and Awards Committee finalized the appointment after a formal selection process to ensure technical expertise and project delivery consistency.
