PVV Infra Limited, an India-based infrastructure company focused on rooftop solar installations, announced decisions from its recent Board of Directors meeting. As per PVV Infra, the company has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire equity in Aqua Dynamics Green Energy Private Limited, which was awarded a 37 MW solar power project by Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited. PVV Infra will initially take a 49 percent stake in Aqua Dynamics and acquire the remaining 51 % upon project completion. The investment, valued at INR 137.70 crore(~ $ 16.52 million), is allocated for project development under a long-term Power Purchase Agreement with MSEDCL. Land acquisition has been finalized, and development activities are underway, with completion targeted for March 2026 and operations expected to commence in April 2026, running for a 25-year period.
