PVH has recently partnered with Opdenergy, both Spain-based companies, to supply 109.76 MW of PV trackers for the Alcones Project in Chile. According to PVH, this collaboration strengthens its growing presence in Latin America, where it has already supplied over 3 GW of solar solutions. PVH will provide its AxoneDuo Infinity solar trackers, designed to optimize energy production. Once operational, the Alcones Project is expected to power around 86,000 households and also avoid more than 62,000 tons of CO₂ emissions annually. In October 2023, Opdenergy has signed a long-term PPA with an undisclosed international utility, solidifying the project’s role in the region.
