Jin Navitas Solaris Inc., a Philippines-based solar developer, has installed a 6.55 MW peak rooftop system across 1,986 Pasinaya Homes units in Naic, Cavite, reporting annual generation of about 9,105 megawatt hours. Pasinaya Homes, a Philippines-based socialized housing developer, has structured its units for low-income families through zero-equity terms and fixed amortizations. According to Jin Navitas Solaris Inc., the project’s 50-year usufruct arrangement has defined system operation and community-related provisions. President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. has visited the site on 25 November and has acknowledged the project’s implementation status. The developers have stated that the rooftop layout has utilized existing structures without requiring additional land.
