Zelestra, a large-scale renewable energy developer, has signed four new Environmental Attribute Purchase Agreements (EAPAs) with Meta. The agreements enable the construction of four solar projects totaling 720 MW (DC) in Texas. These projects are in Hopkins, Lamar, Lampasas, and Henderson Counties. They will deliver clean energy to the ERCOT grid for Meta’s data center operations. Zelestra and Meta have now finalized six EAPAs totaling 800 MW (AC). This includes two Indiana projects signed in April 2024. Together, the agreements enable over 1 GW (DC) of solar projects in the US. Zelestra has 6.6 GW (DC) of renewable projects under development across multiple states.
