Louth Callan Renewables, headquartered in the US, has completed the 30 MW Leeds Solar Project in Maine. The project spans 110 acres and created 90 jobs during construction. It will generate long-term economic benefits through tax revenue and lease payments. By adding more renewable energy sources, it enhances the reliability of Maine’s power grid. The Leeds Solar Project is part of Louth Callan Renewables’ expansion into larger utility-scale solar infrastructure as the company continues collaborating with local stakeholders and policymakers.
