KPI Green Energy’s Sun Drops Energia to develop 15.90 MW solar projects

India-based KPI Green Energy’s subsidiary, Sun Drops Energia, received letters of award to develop 15.90 MW of solar power projects under its captive power producer business. The orders came from Mexo Fiber, Rayons, Maharaja Industries, Gautam Casting Industries, Gautam Technocast, Shrirajlaxmi Denim, and Kartik Dyeing. The projects were scheduled for completion in various tranches during the 2025-26 financial year. KPI Green Energy developed and maintained grid-connected solar power projects, selling power units from its solar plants. Shares of the company fell 4.38% to Rs 454.45 on the BSE.
