Jinko Solar, a China-based manufacturer of PV modules and energy storage solutions headquartered in Shanghai, has signed a memorandum of understanding with several Pakistani energy companies during the second China-Pakistan B2B Investment Summit in September 2025. According to Jinko Solar, the cooperation covers approximately 2.3 GW of Tiger Neo series PV modules and integrated energy storage systems. The agreement also includes collaboration on developing large-scale ground-mounted solar power plants in Pakistan, ensuring the provision of advanced system integration and technical support. As per the China-Asia Economic Development Association, which hosted the summit through its Foreign Investment Working Committee, the initiative was designed to strengthen cross-border cooperation in clean energy projects.
