Imagicaaworld Entertainment, an India-based theme park and entertainment company headquartered in Mumbai, has acquired a 6.65 MW solar power plant in Solapur, Maharashtra. As per Imagicaaworld Entertainment, the company executed a Business Transfer Agreement with Giriraj Enterprises and its partners on 06 September 2025 for the Mandrup-based facility. The transaction, valued at ₹16 crore, was carried out on a slump sale basis as a going concern, transferring all related business undertakings. Shareholder approval for the acquisition was received on 13 March 2025, enabling the agreement’s execution. The completion of the purchase marked Imagicaaworld Entertainment’s entry into solar power ownership through an asset transfer agreement with Giriraj Enterprises.
