Ideematec, a Germany-based solar tracker manufacturer, has extended its strategic partnership with Parliament Energy Holdings for a 2.1 GW solar pipeline in Texas. The decision followed the successful deployment of the 640 MWdc Parliament Solar project, which reported no damage despite Hurricane Beryl and ten hail events during construction. Ideematec will supply its Horizon L:TEC® 1P trackers, known for withstanding high winds and hail, to upcoming projects under this pipeline. The first installation, a 650 MWdc project located south of Dallas, is set to begin construction in late 2025.
