Australia based clean energy solutions provider, Gentari has issued a ‘Notice to Proceed’ for the Maryvale Solar and Energy Storage Project in New South Wales, Australia. The project will include 243 MW of solar PV capacity and a 2.4-hour Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP)BESS, with a maximum export capacity of 172 MW. It is supported by contracts with PCL Construction, Trinasolar, and CATL and is part of NSW’s clean energy transition under the LTESA framework. Construction is scheduled to begin in Q1 2025, with commercial operations expected by Q2 2027.
