Euro Motors, part of Alzayani Investments Group, has signed a 25-year agreement with Positive Zero to install a 2.7 MWp rooftop and carport solar system at its showroom in Sitra, Bahrain. The system is expected to generate 4.7 GWh of clean energy annually, equivalent to the annual consumption of 654 households. Midal Solar, which has implemented over 7.2 MWp of solar capacity in Bahrain, will be involved in the execution of the project. The project is estimated to reduce over 3,100 tons of greenhouse gas emissions each year. The installation forms part of ongoing efforts in Bahrain to expand renewable energy infrastructure and lower emissions from commercial facilities.
