India-based Dharan Infra-EPC, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Dharan Infra Solar has secured solar EPC contracts worth INR 262.10 crore (~ $28.8 million) from a leading renewable energy company in India. According to Dharan Infra-EPC, the awarded projects are targeted for completion by April 30, 2026, and involve the development of a grid-connected solar power plant for solarisation of segregated agriculture feeders at distribution substations across multiple districts in Uttar Pradesh. Earlier this month, Dharan Infra-EPC had secured contracts worth INR 1,171.21 crore (~ 128.8 million) from Skymax Infra Power for infrastructure development and renewable-linked EPC works at Orvakal Industrial Park in Andhra Pradesh.Dharan Infra-EPC also said it executed a One-Time Settlement Agreement with Canara Bank for INR 10 crore(~ $1.1 million) to strengthen its balance sheet.
