US-based Cypress Creek Renewables has secured $150 million financing and began construction on the 104MW Ostrea Solar project in Yakima County, Washington. With completion expected by mid-2026, the project is set to create around 250 construction jobs, generate approximately $15 million in tax revenue over its lifetime, and supply clean energy to 15,000–16,000 homes annually. MUFG Bank acted as the coordinating lead arranger, joined by BNP Paribas, DNB Bank ASA, and Santander, with US Bank providing tax equity investment. PCL Construction’s Solar Division is serving as the EPC contractor. Ostrea Solar is the company’s first project in Washington to reach this phase and will contribute to the region’s renewable energy supply.
