Cleantech Solar, headquartered in Singapore, has commissioned 10 MW floating PV systems for Cargill’s poultry processing facilities in Thailand. These systems are part of 30 solar projects at various stages of operation, construction, and development across Thailand, Southeast Asia, and India. The FPV installations will generate 285 GWh of clean energy over their lifetime, reducing 132 kilotons of CO₂ emissions. These systems integrate with Cargill’s existing rooftop solar projects, providing dedicated renewable energy for manufacturing operations. The project aligns with Thailand’s Power Development Plan 2024, which targets 51% renewable energy in total electricity generation capacity by 2037. Cleantech Solar has deployed solar PV projects for Cargill across Southeast Asia and India, demonstrating its capability in large-scale renewable energy solutions for corporate manufacturing.
