Cenergy Power, a US-based solar developer, has secured a preferred equity investment from Aiga Capital Partners to support its 300+ MW solar asset portfolio. This includes over 50 MW of operating and under-construction projects across Maine, Illinois, and California. The investment aims to bolster Cenergy’s development platform and its ability to own and operate solar assets, while also facilitating project sales to trusted partners. Aiga Capital Partners brings renewable energy expertise to support Cenergy’s growth as an independent power producer.
