Canadian Solar highlights its high-power string inverters at RenewX Chennai

Canadian Solar has showcased 333 KW and 350 kW inverters with 16 MPPTs, 99.01% efficiency and IP66 protection, distributed in Tamil Nadu by Photios Power.

China-based Canadian Solar showcased its latest three-phase string Inverter with capacities of 330 KW and 350 KW. The systems are designed for medium scale ground-mounted solar applications. The inverter models CSI-333K-T8001A/B-E and CSI-350K-T8001A/B-E work without transformers and support high input voltages up to 1500 VDC. It has a wide operating range of 500 – 1500 VDC and 12 or 16 MPPTs to increase system efficiency and optimized for high power and bifacial modules. The inverters have a conversion efficiency of 99.01%. It also features IP66 protection, smart I-V curve scanning, and air-cooled systems for reliability. Built-in protection includes over-voltage, over-current and short-circuit safety. The system supports RS485, PLC, Wi-Fi and LAN for communication. Photios Power Pvt. Ltd. handles distribution across Tamil Nadu.
